My Life...My Words...

Hi, My Name is Marecya.  Let's see the basics... I am 21 and I study Political Science at Bowie State University. Gymnast turned Cheerleader (knee problems never have a good outcome at age 16) I was born In Minnesota, but I call Minnesota, Mississippi and Maryland my home. Oh yeah and I have Ovarian Cancer, yup there it is that's the punchline...the story of my life. The worst part is I am or was a perfectly healthy at the time 20 year old. Clearly this was the biggest lie of my life. I bet your wondering why me, what makes me so special? Why should you read my blog? Because I am as real as it gets. I am simply a 21 year old college student. I love to shop, hangout and party like any other red blooded american my age, I am extremely active and me having cancer is pure foolishness...or at least that what I like to call it. My blog is just me, and of course on occasion i'll be a disgruntled cancer patient but all of my up's down's and around's are here for you. My weakness for you to gain strength. Bringing awareness to Ovarian Cancer which btw is the number 5 killer in women -_- yeah I know crazy right. Read it because you love what I have to say and you will become captivated in my journey trying to uplift others battling life's troubles while my own head is barley above the water. I'm going to take 2013 by storm hope ya'll are coming along!!!

XOXO,

Marecya

  6. Of course you already know the story but Faith comes by hearing! On the day you were born I was in the delivery room. Your Dear Mother was pushing as she was coached by Dr. Crutchfield. Suddenly the spirit spoke through me with authority...I demanded that he stop telling herto push. Each time I said it I became more demanding until he finally told her to stop. I told himsomething was wrong. It turns out the umbilical cord was wrapped around your neck. This early testimony that God gave you befor you entered the outside world is Prophetic. The message has many layers: 1. No weapon formed against you knowing or unknowing to YOU will prosper. 2. God has power over EVERYTHING in YOUR LIFE. 3. You have great purpose and the enemy knows that so he tried to destroy you within the womb before you could come out. 5. God has plans for your life because he commanded that Death be destroyed. My Dear Goddaughter THAT SAME GOD IS PRESENT IN YOUR LIFE!!! I love you and admire your willingness to allow God to use your journey to glorify him!!!

  8. Hi Marecya.
    My name is Marina.
    I can't imagine what you're going through.
Thank God you know you're not alone.
    God is always with you.

My mom had oral cancer a few years ago.
    She had 2 operations.
The 2nd was either because they didn't get it all the first time or because it came back.
They suggested that she do radiation.
I had done some research on cancer and begged her not to do it.
Thank God she didn't do the radiation.
    She

    She did other alternative things.
This is the protocol she did:
The following is from the book CANCER-FREE by Bill Henderson

(This is part of the protocol my mom has done, and she still drinks many FO/CC smoothies a day. She also takes vitamins, probiotics, etc. She's also been seen by an ND: http://naturopathic.org/content.asp?contentid=60 . )

    THE FIVE NO-NOES

Any theory has to start with assumptions. Before I list my five "no-noes," I have to assume you are not doing any of the following: smoking or chewing tobacco; drinking sodas (diet or otherwise); taking recreational drugs; drinking anything wih alcohol in it; drinking caffeine (except maybe one cup of coffee a day.).

Here are some things to AVOID:

    1. SUGAR - in any form. ( Stevia, agave nectar or xylitol are the only sweeteners I recommend for cancer patients.) This is a lifetime commitment, not only during your recovery.

    2. PROCESSED FOOD - in any form. The simplest way I can explain this is "If it is not in the form God made it, you don't eat it." Again, this is a lifetime commitment. Processed food is the cause of most major illness. Does this make it difficult to go out to eat - at friends and relatives houses or in a restaurant? You bet. "Is he saying I need to take my food with me?" You bet!

    3. ANIMAL PROTEIN - Not just red meat, but ALL animal protein. Fish, chicken, seafood, shellfish, eggs. It is all very difficult for your body to digest. You are taking 40% of your body's energy away from fighting the cancer to digest your food. This is not the way to get well. This one can be relaxed when you are "cancer-free" (see below). But only a little. One piece of chicken or fish a week, for example. Don't believe me? Please read "The China Study."

    4. DAIRY - Milk, ice cream, cheese, butter. Again, all very hard to digest. Any human over five years of age has no lactase in their body. Lactase is the enzyme necessary to digest dairy products. Even if the milk comes from the cow next door, don't drink it. Many laboratory studies show that dairy promotes cancer. What about the cottage cheese? Remember, I said it loses all is dairy properties when you mix it with the flaxseed oil. Dozens of people I have worked with who are "lactose intolerant" are eating the FO/CC mixture every day with no problems.*

    5. GLUTEN - Bread, cereal, pasta. 30% of adults are allergic to gluten. Most of them don't know it because the allergic reaction is frequently delayed for hours or days. The main problem with this category of food, however, is its high "glycemic index." It turns into glucose rapidly. If you want to feed your cancer cells, eat gluten. Otherwise, avoid it. Most health food stores these days have "gluten-free" crackers and sprouted bread-like products.

[There is a handy "acronym" to help you avoid grains with gluten. It is 'BROWS" The "B" is for barley (grain, not the young barley leaf in the Barley Power pills); "R" is for rye; "O" is for oats; "W" is for wheat; and "S" is for spelt. Avoid them all.]

  9. Thing that you CAN eat.

    1. RAW, (organic) whole vegetables

    2. SPROUTED BREADS of all kinds - English muffins, etc. Just look around the health food store. You'll find lots of "gluten-free" products.

    3. PRESERVATIVE - FREE BREAD - "Ezekiel" and "Genesis" brands and similar have recently introduced "gluten-free" options. You'll find them in the frozen food section of you health food store. They have to be kept in the freezer because they have no chemical preservatives added to make you sick.

    4. CEREALS made with millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, etc. and no gluten. Use almond milk on them, not soy milk. (Soy is VERY controversial. Why eat anything so controversial when you're sick? Let others prove who's right.) Just be careful that neither the cereal nor the milk has any artificial or real sweeteners and preservatives.

    5. FRUIT Except for the berries or pineapple (another good cancer-fighting fruit) you put in the *FLAXSEED OIL/COTTAGE CHEESE smoothie in the morning, try to limit your fruit to one piece of whole fruit (apple, banana, handful of grapes, etc,.) a day. No fruit juice. It blasts your pancreas with fruit sugar.

What about vegetable juice? I recommend you AVOID it. Not because it is unhealthy. It steals your appetite from the foods above - all of which have, along with other nutrients - FIBER. All cancer patients need to eat a lot of fiber (35 grams per day or more.) You cannot afford to be constipated.

There is a small minority of people who just do not "thrive" on a pure "vegan" diet like that described above. I urge you to at least try the above approach for a couple of weeks. If you really feel weak, add some good organic chicken or some cold water fish (salmon, tuna, etc.) and see if it helps. Try to keep it to once or twice a week.

It's not obvious, but the above method of eating acts as a very efficient and thorough cleanse of your entire digestive system.

*FLAXSEED OIL/COTTAGE CHEESE (FO/CC) The Budwig Diet

Simply mix two-thirds cup of organic cottage cheese (no preservatives), 1% or 2% fat, with 6 tablespoons of flax-seed oil. This is the cancer patients dose - every day. It can be divided in half to make it easier to eat it all. However, since it does oxidize, it should be eaten as soon as possible after it is mixed. ( The half measures are, mix one-third cup of cottage cheese with 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil in the morning and later in the day again mix one-third cup of cotage cheese with 3 tablespoons of flax-seed oil).

Organic yogurt (with live cultures) is a suitable substitute for cottage cheese. If you do use organic yogurt instead, use about 2 cups of yogurt with the 6 tablespoons of flax-seed oil.

You could add a packet of Stevia, and some almonds, walnuts, strawberries, blueberries or all of the above. It makes a tasty "smoothie". These berries and nuts are cancer-fighting food, by the way.

Dr. Budwig says you can use a blender (pouring the FO/CC in AFTER it is well blended by hand). Then add the berries and nuts, but NOT PEANUTS.

I would like to share with you some of the information I've collected on cancer.
